Emergency Pet Care & Out of Hours 

We offer 24/7 emergency care for our registered and current clients, this service is provided by our own skilled vets and nurses. Ensuring your pet is treated by someone with access to their full clinical records in one of our normal practices. This means that if your pet needs to stay in overnight you won’t need to transfer them to an outside provider for overnight care.

There is a single call-out fee for emergency appointments (refer to our price list). After which all ongoing services are billed at standard rates, so you do not have to pay any additional premiums for follow-up care and treatment provided out of hours.

Out of hours services are provided from either our Tunstall or Endon practice which are located 6 miles apart.
