As a registered client you can now order your pets parasite treatment and other long-term medications via our online store with delivery straight to your door. We must have seen your pet within the last 6 months for prescription medications or 12 months for parasite treatment to authorise prescriptions via this service.

How do I access my online account?

• All clients registered prior to August 2025 will already have their details loaded into the database. Simply enter your registered email address and select forgotten password, this will send you a link to set a new password for your account.

*Please check all personal details and pets details are correct as changes may have been made to your account since the information was uploaded*

• Clients registered since August 2025 will need to create a new account, please ensure your details match the details we have on record for you to prevent problems with ordering.

How does home delivery work?

• We can send you a link which will take you straight to the products you wish to purchase, or you can visit the home delivery section on our website and search for the products yourself.
• Once ordered one of our vets will review and approve your prescription before your order is processed by a UK registered pharmacist at our wholesaler.
• Delivery takes 3-5 working days from your order being placed and will come tracked via Royal Mail or DPD. Don’t worry you do not need to be in for your items to be delivered, as where possible medications are packaged to fit through your letter box.
• Outside of the delivery offers, normal postage is £3.99 per order.

How does Auto-shipment work?

• Select your preferred delivery schedule when adding the items to your basket
• Set up automatic repeat deliveries to suit your needs.
• Change your delivery schedule, pause or cancel at any time. 

What products are available for home delivery?

• Currently parasite treatments and other select medications are available. More products may be added when available.
• Certain products including controlled drugs, refrigerated items, human medicines and specially formulated items will not be available through the online store due to licensing and/or transport requirements.
• Our team can advise further should you have queries regarding available medications.

How much will my pet’s medications cost?

• You may find some of your pet’s medication will be slightly cheaper to purchase from our online store as it is being supplied and delivered direct from our wholesaler. This allows us to take away the need for inventory management, storage, preparation, and waste management costs of in clinic dispensing.
