Our website requests are monitored Monday – Friday, we aim to process your request and get back to you within 24hrs. If you are already a registered client and have an emergency please call your normal practice phone number.
Please note, any submissions made after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. We aim to process all prescription requests and have them ready for collection within 24 hours of submission.
Please ensure you have had confirmation by email or phone call, before coming to the practice to collect.
If we have not seen your pet within 6 months, you will be required to attend the practice for a check-up, before we can issue a new prescription.
